The Augusta Country Club has a long history of supporting local charities through the United Way.

In the past, Club members have worked countless hours to host Susan G. Komen Rally for a Cure golf tournaments. To stay local, in 2016 we started holding our annual ACC Cares tournament in support of the Harold Alfond Cancer Center for Care. In 2020, we raised $19,500 for the Patient Needs Endowment Fund.

Our club has also served as the home course for the Maranacook Black Bear Golf Team. The Manchester Recreation program schedules some time on our beach during the summer.

Holidays are always busy at the Club! Our active membership stages an annual potluck dinner to collect donations for local families in need.
