FAQs
How would you describe the general membership?
Our members include residents and families from the region, avid golfers and tennis players, business leaders and recreation enthusiasts. While ACC provides fabulous opportunities for outdoor fun, many members also value the Club as a great venue for business networking.
What is the average handicap of your golf members?
Our golfers, both men and women, possess a wide range of golf skills. For most of our members, the Club's golf experience is not only about playing the course, it’s about spending time with friends, meeting new people and enjoying the fresh air. Remember, we have professionals who can raise your ability level.
Does the Club offer golf and tennis lessons?
Yes. We have a PGA professional and a tennis professional who offer private and group lessons. Contact the Golf Shop for details.
Do I have to play golf or tennis to become a member?
No. We offer a popular social membership, too. People who join this category can enjoy all of the dining, entertainment, social functions and the camaraderie the Club offers without having to play golf or tennis. Opportunities to enjoy both sports, though, are always available should you decide to check them out.
What if I don’t have time to play 18 holes?
Only have time for nine holes? No problem. Contact the Golf Shop for a tee time and let them know you will only be playing nine holes, or tell them when you arrive. That lets staff integrate you seamlessly into the flow of other groups. If you arrive when course use is light and you have limited time, we can often arrange for you to play just a few holes.
Can I just stop by and practice?
The golf practice areas (driving range, putting green and chipping green) and tennis courts are available for use whenever you have a chance to stop in, and before and after you play. As a member, you can use the golf practice areas anytime. The tennis courts also can be used by reserving time or signing in at the Golf Shop. All of these facilities, except the range, feature lighting, so you can practice or play in the evening. The range is open only during the day, from 7 AM until sunset.
